TERMS AND CONDITIONS

•Items will be in a condition of 9.2 or better or otherwise stated in the description. Graded comics will be offered with the express stipulation that case defects such as but not limited to newton rings are not the responsibility of 454 Comics & Collectables. It is up to the buyer to check prior to purchase that these are in an acceptable condition.

•Items will be shipped once account is paid in full including postage, ie- multiple invoices with an unpaid invoice will not be shipped until all invoices are paid. 454 Comics & Collectables will only send items all together once account is fully paid.

•Invoices to be paid in full regardless of when items are ready to be shipped.

•Preorders including CGC and signing events are to be paid in full prior to ordering- If the deadline is reached prior to the payment of the items. Items will be returned with reasonable postage fees.

•Preorders are subject to many factors including but not limited to delayed release, slow shipping, third party factors. 454 Comics & Collectables will do everything possible to receive items in a timely manner and cannot be held responsible for outside factors.

•Any damage caused directly to customer items by 454 Comics & Collectables will be offered a replacement, fair market value credit or negotiated refund. This will mainly apply to press & clean of customer items. This does not apply to damage caused by outside parties, such as postage services or grading service.•In the event you change your mind on a purchase, a reasonable restock fee will be reserved. This may result in a percentage fee to be payable. No change of mind return will be allowed after the item has been shipped, unless approved by 454 Comics & Collectables.

•Nonpayment of an invoice/s will result in a restocking fee reserved after 2 weeks of invoice date.

•Part payment of an invoice/s will have an end date negotiated, and a percentage fee reserved for late payments to the value of 0.00 then item will be restocked for sale.•In the event you feel that the condition of the item has not met the description and request a refund, contact is to be made within 48 hours of receiving the item. Evidence must be provided to support the refund, including photographic evidence. Refunds will be processed once items are returned; no partial refunds will be offered.

•Partial or full payment of invoice/s will be deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions.
